I no longer see the person I mention who is mentally unstable. She is not well now and is asking to have contact with me. At this point do not feel it wise on my part. In the past, I strongly suspected she drained me in a way that my health greatly suffered. I am having some of the same symptoms again and just heard that she is wanting my assistance during time of instability. For this I ask for upaya that could give psychic protection. Since I am not seeing her or even talking to her, would this mantra you suggest still be useful?
