Advice required for my younger brother.

I am writing on behalf of my younger brother. the reason for me

writing is that he is very busy and working in night shifts :

 

I need some of your expert advice / upayas for my yonger brother :

He is based in Mumbai and from last 3-4 years trying to establish

himself to make decen living. He is married with one new born

daughter.

 

He works in movie / tv serials video editing and not able to get a

decent job / assignments to manage his family.

 

I am sure he is good at his work but still not able to manage a

decent life.

 

I would request you to suggest some remedies or shall he change his

line if so then what could be areas.
