Here is the explanation of Rangarajan Krishnamoorthy, the developer of KPAstro 3.0:-

 

I am not using any additional support package of Astrodienst, just their Swiss ephemeris library. Sometimes the results can be slightly different because of the way calculations are made (also prehaps due to the programming language in which the program is written). JHora is a very good program. If the difference is one or two seconds, I would attribute it to calculation "approximation".
