Confusion 3: KP Readers I to VI to Learn KP

1. This is posted because of the deeply felt obligation to support the remark, "For KP learners, KP Readers I to VI are better than the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 in all aspects", given by the 85 year old KP senior, co-author of the UTOH, KP SW developer and the honest and sincere distributor of the KP knowledge and experience in this group, Shri Raichur, and nothing else, and the confusion 1 & 2 posted before are the softening the ground for this posting.

2. After having started reading the a strological books from July 1927, doing the research on the practical horoscopes from 1934, with the assistants from 1939, Guruji KSK found the method of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati in 1951 by Divine Grace and in 1958 he met Dr. B.V. Raman and explained his Padhdhati. He published the first issue of the Astrology & Athrishta magazine on March 20, 1963, the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 in late 1966 by Sagar Publications and then the KP Readers I to VI in 1970-71 in his life time by Mahabala Publishers, Hariman Publications. The changes between the Old Edition and New Edition of KP Reader III are checked and posted by Shri Raichur in the file section of this group under the "Notes Reader 3 .doc , notes comparing 1971 edition with 2004 edition". Other KP Readers, except Reader III, are found like the reprinting without the significant changes. Even the KP critics are not doubtful his authorship of the KP Readers, appraising his research work and mastering of his Padhdhati by giving lectures not only in India but also in Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Shri Raichur also prepared a note on the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 for a KP research group, and as it is not available here a run through observation of linkages between the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 and the KP Reader I to VI are given as under.

KP Reader I & II

1. Almost the whole KP Reader I and II are the reprinting from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1, 1966, Sagar Publications , except Preface and Introduction in the Reader I, Letters to the Author and An Iterview with the Author in the Reader II; the additional contents of "Ayanamsa-Verification (pp 61-74), To make use of Krishnamurti Ephemerid and Casting of a Horoscope" and so on in the KP Reader I (pp 127-147). The "Table of Longitude and Latitude of various places (in India) (pp68-92)", "Table showing the sub period of dasa" (pp 161-173) and "Fortuna" (pp 471-474) in the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 are not included in the KP Reader I.

KP Reader III

2. In the "Theorectical Part" of the KP Reader III, the contents in pp 1-59 of Old Edition (pp 1- 62 of New Edition) are taken from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 pp 475-533 and up to p 76 of Old Edition (p 82 of New Edition) from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 pp 1-17; then up to p 108 of Old Edition (p 114 of New Edition), it is the continued write up about Leo to Pisces lagnas as it was written up to Cancer lagna only in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. After that, the "Sub Useful for Detailed Reading" is added in pp 105-8 of New Edition (pp 110- 114 of New Edition). The contents in pp 108-130 of Old Edition (pp 108-130 of New Edition) are taken from pp 18-42 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2.. The "Cusps and Subs- How to Judge" at the end of "Theoretical Part", pp 131-144 of Old Edition (pp 137-150 of New edition) is Guruji KSK's crowing part, "This discovery (of the sub-lord) has crowned me with success." simultaneously appearing in the KP Reader V pp 131-144 and KP Reader VI pp 77-87, which was not included in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 or 2.

3. In the Practical Part of KP Reader III, the contents in pp 1-107 of Old Edition (pp 153-269 of New Edition) are taken from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol .2 pp 43-169. But the "Theft and Chances of Recovery" in pp 116-122 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 is not found in the KP Reader III and the "Theft and Recovery" in pp 234-236 is a shortened presentation. The contents in pp 148-181 of Old Edition (pp 313-408 of New Edition) are taken from pp 276-318 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 and it is more comprehensive in the Reader III, for instance "Overseas". "The Profession- KP Principles" and etc. are added in pp 182-198 (pp 350-366). The "Time of Transfer" in pp 318-320 with the "sub" in the order of significators is replaced by the write up without the "sub" with two example charts in pp 205-208 of the Old Edition (pp 374-380 of the New Edition). The "Politics'' is presented in more details in pp 220-227 of the Old Edition (pp 390-398 of the New Edition) than a short presentation in pp 324-326 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 . The contents in pp 228-236 of the Old Edition (pp 399-408 of New Edition) are taken from 327-336 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. The additional write up about "Spiritual Life, Choice of Gems etc is in pp 236-271 of Old Edition (pp 408-445 of New Edition). The contents in pp 271-347 of the Old Edition (pp 445-526 of the New Edition) are more or less the same in 336-348 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. One interesting reminder in p 371 of the KP Vol. is not to carry away by any single statement, which will be similar to the story of blind men describing an elephant by feeling any one part of it..

KP Reader IV

4. The contents in pp 1-74 are taken from pp 170-228 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. At the end of Mars Dosha, in p 69, three important paras are added, starting " To cause difference of opinion,---". The "Marriage-Punarphoo" is added in pp 74-80 and the contents in pp 80-86 are taken from pp 249-254 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2, pp 126-133 from pp 235-242 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. The example 2 for "Time of Marriage" is added in p 134. The contents in pp 205-206 are taken from pp 247-249 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. The content in pp 267-272 in the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 is shortened in pp 222-3 of KP Reader IV. The "Child Birth" in pp 209-223 of Reader IV is taken from pp 254-272 of the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2. The "Child Birth- When" in pp 272-275 of the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 with the "sub" in the order of significators is not included in the KP Reader IV. In the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 itself, the examples with "sub" are only 3 against 13 example without "sub". Some more rules and examples about divorce, more than one marriage etc. are provided in the KP Reader IV.

KP Rader V

5. The same Theoretical Part of the Reader III is presented in pp 1-144 of the KP Reader V and the rest is about Transit in more details than in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2.

KP Reader VI

6. Only around 15 pages in the introduction part is taken from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1. This Reader is the comprehensive Reader in addition to Reader III for practical prediction in deciding which cuspal sub-lord and which house grouping are for which matter.

Major Changes

7. The major changes between the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 and the KP Reader I to VI are as follows:

1) To consider the lagna alone (even well-known Vedic astrologers are doing so);

2) No more "sub" in the order of the significators; (In order to get the better prediction results, all the houses signified at all three levels of planet, star and sub are to be jointly considered <like C. R. Bhatt, K.M. Subramanium of Sub Lord Speaks, Kanak Bosmia, Umang Taneja>, for instance, a In some cases, the houses strongly signified at the sub level only, although not signified in the first two levels, can give the desired results but with difficulty.)

3) Less of navamsa charts, exaltation, debilitation, western aspects, progression etc

4) More details for practical prediction in deciding which cuspal sub-lord and which house grouping are for which matter.

Other Confusions

1) Among around 30 applicable ayanamsas, there is no Newcomb ayanamsa but the KP ayanamsa using the Newcomb's annual precession rate of 50.2388475 sec per year and the year 291 A.D of zero ayanamsa, which is available in any astrological SW with the option of ayanansas. In the earliest book on cuspal interlinks "Principles of Cuspal Interlinks by K. Baskaran, 2000, Sagar Publiations, p xvii" the author says, "I would have to thank Shri A. R. Raichur, Mumbai, for his kind co-operation in providing me with an excellent software, whiout which I would have faced difficulties in confirming most of my conceptions." Shri Raichur's SW uses the KP ayanamsa not the Straight Line ayanamsa used by A. Devaraj, PS Khullar etc. However, such difference in ayanamsa generally doesn't change the star and sub, except in the borderline cases. The issue is not which ayanamsa is correct but which ayanamsa gives the better results for the KP rules.

In a research, it is found that the New KPA works better than Lahiri for the KP rules especially at the Sookshma dasa level.

2) Without referring K.M. Subramanium, the sub-lord can be found to be a planet by commom sense.

Hi

We should not be book worm and we should not apply or follow as in the book. In books Author can not give full points as it takes 1000's of pages , even it is not enough.

For Ex: Sub lords speaks is 100% right at the same time sub lord of the planets too will play key role which have no cuspal sub lord. Go thro only readers 1 , 2, 3 only and apply our own analysis with the help of points in the books of any . as every horoscope having different technical points.

For ex: 7th cusp sub lord so and so and 5th cusp sub lord is so and so , where as the period may not signify the same hence we have to analise planets and its significance.

10th cusp sub lord signifies some other houses where as dasha lord/bhukti lord will signifies some other housse .

Even the KP critics are not doubtful his authorship of the KP Readers, appraising his research work and mastering of his Padhdhati by giving lectures not only in India but

also in Malaysia and Sri Lanka .

1, 1966, Sagar Publications , except Preface and Introduction in the Reader I, Letters to the Author and An Iterview with the Author in the Reader II; the additional contents of "Ayanamsa-Verificati on (pp 61-74), To make use of Krishnamurti Ephemerid and Casting of a Horoscope" and so on in the KP Reader I (pp 127-147). The "Table of Longitude and Latitude of various places (in India ) (pp68-92)", "Table showing the sub period of dasa" (pp 161-173) and "Fortuna" (pp 471-474) in the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 are not included in the KP

Reader I.

2 pp 1-17; then up to p 108 of Old Edition (p 114 of New Edition), it is the continued write up about Leo to Pisces lagnas as it was written up to Cancer lagna only in

the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2.. The "Cusps and Subs- How to Judge" at the end of "Theoretical Part", pp 131-144 of Old Edition (pp 137-150 of New edition) is Guruji KSK's crowing part, "This discovery (of the sub-lord) has crowned me with success." simultaneously appearing in the KP Reader V pp 131-144 and KP Reader VI pp 77-87, which was not included in the

Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 or 2.

2. At the end of Mars Dosha, in p 69, three important paras are added, starting " To cause difference of opinion,---" . The "Marriage-Punarphoo " is added in pp 74-80 and the contents in pp 80-86 are taken from pp 249-254 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. The "Child Birth" in pp 209-223 of Reader IV is taken from pp 254-272 of the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati,

Vol.

1) To consider the lagna alone (even well-known Vedic astrologers are doing so);

R. Raichur, Mumbai, for his kind co-operation in providing me with an excellent software, whiout which I would have faced difficulties in confirming most of my conceptions. " Shri Raichur's SW uses the KP ayanamsa not the Straight Line ayanamsa used by A.

Dear sagar

The question is whether Mr.KSK was awarded the tilte "Jyothida Marthand" and the Gold medal during 1965 for his half baked k.p.system published originally during 1966. Or the system published in the Readers are not correct.

Every one is giving prediction based on the books. The astrology teachers are just teaching what is in the books. If the formula is wrong, the answer also will be wrong, for even the experts. I want to know what is the correct formula for k.p.

In the name of common sense, one should not do mistakes.

Even the KP critics are not doubtful his authorship of the KP Readers, appraising his research work and mastering of his Padhdhati by giving lectures not only in India but

also in Malaysia and Sri Lanka .

Reader I.

2 pp 1-17; then up to p 108 of Old Edition (p 114 of New Edition), it is the continued write up about Leo to Pisces lagnas as it was written up to Cancer lagna only in

the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol.

1 or 2.

The "Child Birth" in pp 209-223 of Reader IV is taken from pp 254-272 of the the Krishnamurti Padhdhati,

Vol.

1) To consider the lagna alone (even well-known Vedic astrologers are doing so);

R. Raichur, Mumbai, for his kind co-operation in providing me with an excellent software, whiout which I would have faced difficulties in confirming most of my conceptions. " Shri Raichur's SW uses the KP ayanamsa not the Straight Line ayanamsa used by A.

Confusion 3: KP Readers I to VI to Learn KP

1. Major Modifications in the KP Readers

I. The Lagna alone is considered.

1. It is give up what had been following to consider whether Lagna or Moon is strong, in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 (in pp 82, 89-91, 118, 255, 261-2, 264, 313, 316), printed in 1966 by Sagar Publications The main reason is that in further research on twin births, only the house cusps, including the Lagna, change whereas Moon is in the same degree and minute and in the same Bhava, same Navamsa, same Ashtagavarga, having same Shadbala and everything remaining the same. It is also found that it is the cusp of 12 houses which vary in twin births and therefore it is the cusp which should indicate whether that house matter will prosper or that house matter will suffer.

-KP Reader III, Original Edition of 1971, Practical Part, p 85 (New Edition pp

243-4)

-KP Reader III, Original Edition of 1971, Practical Part, p 259 (New Edition pp

432-3)

- 30-6-69 dated Forward on Krishnamurti Padhdhati by Jyotish Marthand Shri K.S. Krishnamurti in the Astrological Tables for All by R. Eshwara Manu

- Astrosecrets & Krishnamurti Padhdhati Part II & III by K. Subramanium (Edt), p 190

2. Whether the analysis of 3 examples in pp 89-91, 118 & 264 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 by taking the Moon as the first house is right or wrong does not matter and the real issue is to take Lagna only in order to make the different predictions in the twin births by the KP rules.

II. No more "sub" is used in the order of significators.

3. In the KP literature in general and the KP Readers in particular as well as in all KP SWs and the "13" examples (Msg#18202) of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2, the commonly use order of significators are as follows:

A) Planets posited in the star of the occupant of the concerned house;

B) Occupant of the concerned house;

C) Planets posited in the star of the lord of the concerned house;

D) Lord of the concerned house;

E) Planets which are in conjunction with or aspected by the significators.

4. In the "2" examples of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2, the "sub" is included in the manner as shown below:

A) Planets posited in the star "or sub" of the occupant of the concerned house;

B) Occupant of the concerned house;

C) Planets posited in the star "or sub" of the lord of the concerned house;

D) Lord of the concerned house;

E) Planets which are in conjunction with or aspected by the significators.

5. Such kind of writing "with the sub" in 3 (above 2 + 1 write up) examples (Msg#18202) of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 is not consistent with the presentation "without sub" in the "13" examples of the same Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 and the following KP basic principle:

"The planet is the source, constellation indicates nature of the result and the sub is a "deciding factor" whether the matter is favorable or not."

- Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2, p 41

which indicates that KP is nothing but the Sub Lord theory, for instance,

1) The sub lord of the significator is the "deciding factor" regarding the matters of the star lord....

-Nakshatra Chintamani by Bhatt p 24

2) Whether it is a planet or CUSPAL SUBLORD these are controlled by the relevant sublord & its significations only. As regards to a planet, the matter is seen through the star lord of that planet and the SUB LORD of that planet "decides" the result and how the matter is altered & enjoyed and suffered by the native. While we take the sublord of the CUSP (all know the SUB Lord is a PLANET), we must be more careful, while dealing with the subject. As told above, the CUSPAL SUBLORD is a PLANET…."

-The Sublord Speaks LX (Last Article, KP & Astrology 1998) by K.M. Subramanium

6. Consequently no more "sub" is used in the (A & C) order of significators.

7. However, in order to get the better prediction results, all the houses signified at all three levels of planet, star and sub are to be jointly considered like C. R. Bhatt (Nakshatra Chintamani, Further Light on Nakshatra Chintamani ), K.M. Subramanium (Sub Lord Speaks articles), Kanak Bosmia, Umang Taneja (Nadi Astrology: Accurate Predictive Methodology), for instance:

1) The houses signified at the first two levels of star and planet are going to give the desired results, if they are supported by the sub signification.

2) On the other hand, the houses signified in the first two levels cannot give the desired results, if they are opposed by the sub signification.

3) In some cases, the houses strongly signified at the sub level only, although not signified in the first two levels, can give the desired results but with difficulty.

III. Showing the navamsa charts side by side with the rasi charts, saying of exaltation, debilitation, western aspects, progression are less in the Readers than in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2.

IV. More details for practical prediction in deciding which cuspal sub lord and which house grouping are for which matters, for instance judging the 12th cusp sub lord for foreign matters, the sub lords of 7th & 2nd cusps for more than one marriage.

V. There is no Newcomb ayanamsa but the KP ayanamsa using the Newcomb's annual precession rate and the year 291 A.D of zero ayanamsa.

VI. Without referring K.M. Subramanium (in above point 5. 2), the sub-lord can be found as a planet by common sense.

Even the KP critics are not doubtful his authorship of the> KP Readers, appraising his research work and mastering of his Padhdhati by giving lectures not only in India but also in Malaysia and Sri Lanka . Shri Raichur also prepared a note on the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 for a KP research group, and as it is not available here a run through observation of linkages between the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 and the KP Reader I to VI are given as under.> KP Reader I & II> 1. Almost the whole KP Reader I and II are the reprinting from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 are not included in the KP Reader I. > KP Reader III> 2. 2.. The "Cusps and Subs- How to Judge" at the end of "Theoretical Part", pp 131-144 of Old Edition (pp 137-150 of New edition) is Guruji KSK's crowing part, "This discovery (of the sub-lord) has crowned me with success."> simultaneously appearing in the KP Reader V pp 131-144 and KP Reader VI pp 77-87, which was not included in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 or 2. The "Politics'' is presented in more details in pp 220-227 of the Old Edition (pp 390-398> of the New Edition) than a short presentation in pp 324-326 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. > > KP Reader IV> > 4. The contents in pp 1-74 are taken from pp 170-228 of the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. In the> the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 2 itself, the examples with "sub" are only 3 against 13 example without "sub". Some more rules and examples about divorce, more than one marriage etc. are provided in the KP Reader IV. > KP Rader V > 5. The same Theoretical Part of the Reader III is presented in pp 1-144 of the KP Reader V and the rest is about Transit in more details than in the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2. > KP Reader VI> 6. Only around 15 pages in the introduction part is taken from the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1. This Reader is the comprehensive Reader in addition to Reader III for practical prediction in deciding which cuspal sub-lord and which house grouping are for which matter. > Major Changes> 7. The major changes between the Krishnamurti Padhdhati, Vol. 1 & 2 and the KP Reader I to VI are as follows:> 1) To consider the lagna alone (even well-known Vedic astrologers are doing so);> 2) No more "sub" in the order of the significators; (In order to get the better prediction results, all the houses signified at all three levels of planet, star and sub are to be jointly considered <like C. R. Bhatt, K.M. Subramanium of Sub Lord Speaks, Kanak Bosmia, Umang Taneja>, for instance, a In some cases, the houses strongly signified at the sub level only, although not signified in the first two levels, can give the desired results but with difficulty.)> 3) Less of navamsa charts, exaltation, debilitation, western aspects, progression etc> 4) More details for practical prediction in deciding which cuspal sub-lord and which house grouping are for which matter. > Other Confusions> 1) Among around 30 applicable ayanamsas, there is no Newcomb ayanamsa but the KP ayanamsa using the Newcomb's annual precession rate of 50.2388475 sec per year and the year 291 A.D of zero ayanamsa, which is available in any astrological SW with the option of ayanansas. In the earliest book on cuspal interlinks "Principles of Cuspal Interlinks by K. Baskaran, 2000, Sagar Publiations, p xvii" the author says, "I would have to thank Shri A. R.. Raichur, Mumbai, for his kind co-operation in providing me with an excellent software, whiout which I would have faced difficulties in confirming most of my conceptions. " Shri Raichur's SW uses the KP ayanamsa not the Straight Line ayanamsa used by A. Subramanium, the sub-lord can be found to be a planet by commom sense.> > > > > >
