Dear members

This is with reference to page 357 of volume II of sagar publications. It is also repeated in page 465 of Reader III (2004 edition)

"2.The occupant is stronger than the owner of the sign:

a) only when the lord of the sign does not gain more strength by occupying its exalted sign or by being vargothama,

b) when the lord of the sign is not conjoined with the planet or is occupying its other sign, and

c) when the occupant is exalted, whether the owner is in its own sign, or exaltation or vargothamamsa.

3.The occupant is weaker than the owner:

a) if the occpant is in its enemy's camp or neecha, i.e., debilitated,

b) if the lord of the sign is exalted and the occupant is not,

c) if the lord of the sign is conjoined with the planet in its own sign and the occupant is not exalted there, i.e., the owner is swakshethra, whereas the occupant is neither exalted nor vargothama there.

For example, if moon and jupiter are in cancer, the jupiter is stronger than the moon.

If mars and moon are in cancer, the moon is stronger than the mars. Moon, the owner will give the results of the house cancer in his period much more than the occupant mars."

Hence Mr.KSK gave importance to the exaltation, debilitation, enemy's camp and vargothama.
