Guest guest
Dear members In page 382 of Krishnamoorthy paddhati volume II of sagar publications in the year 1966, Mr.K.S.K. has given a note on progression. The movement of the planets after birth measures the time when the events denoted by the birth chart will culminate. This motion of the planets after birth is called "Progression". He further said that progression can help supplement the Udu dasa system. He said that a seperate book on progression would be published but time did not permit him to publish. His follower late Mr.Mohan developed a progression chart based on vimsothari dasa system, which is available in the Astrowonder k.p.software. This progression is not the western progression but vedic progression fulfilling the ambition of Mr.KSK. Though I am able to print the chart in my computer, I am not familiar with prediction using this chart. Members can make an attempt to predict using this progression chart. Guest guest
Dear Sir, But when you cast annual progression chart on the basis of Transit sun on natal position - in Kp system - (hope you are making chart like this)you have to make predictions for each period in the year foloowing the kp principles. This is a gochara result. Your bith chart result is main result. If both are good - you get good results - if one is good and the other is bad you get mixed results - obviously if both are bad you get bad results. Progression results are gochara results and are to be used to supplement / but not to substitue your main chart results. You can refer to Varshapala charts of Tajaka system for better guidance. There is book wreitten by B.V.Raman in english and many translations are available. rao chitturu Astrologer teaching & counselling. --- On Thu, 7/24/08, Dhanabalan R <r.dhanabalan wrote: Dhanabalan R <r.dhanabalan Progression chart based on vimsothari"kpsystem groups" Thursday, July 24, 2008, 11:06 PM Dear members In page 382 of Krishnamoorthy paddhati volume II of sagar publications in the year 1966, Mr.K.S.K. has given a note on progression. Guest guest
Dear Rao Chitturu This is not on the basis of Solar return. This Progression is a different attempt made by late Sri.N.Mohan of Perambur,Chennai.Almost all the KP followers would know of N.Mohan since he was one of the last desciple of Guru KSK and a very close associate and NO.1 desciple of Sri.KMS. As you make the dasa, bukthi, anthra on the basis of Vimshottari for Moon, you need to make for all the planets and Cusps. For example Mars is in Rahu star at Gemini and as per Vim..dasa balance being Rahu 14 years 6 months. Now the native is 46 years old. The Mars would have moved 14yrs6mn in Rahu +16yrs in Jup.+19 yrs in Sat.,put together 49 yrs 6 mns.The native is yet to cross Sat by 3 yrs 6 mns.So consider him that he is transitting in Sat star yet to cross in deg & min equalent to 3yrs and 6 months. So the Mars while he was born transited at Gemini in Rahu star is at the age of 46 is transitting in Cancer in Saturn star. Make all the planets and cusps in the same order and prepare a chart. Since you need to move the cusp also the planets bhava position wont change. But in case of Rahu and Kethu the reverse is the order. Further prediction is exactly as you ve enumerated. This is what has been made solely by Sri. N.Mohan as Progression. Guest guest
Dear Rao Chitturu Thank you for your explanation. But this progression chart differs from the western progression and the annual progression chart. It is a new method developed by late Mr.Mohan, who was closely associated with Mr.KSK and K.M.Subramaniam. Definitly it reflects the views of Mr.KSK. I will sent you a chart. The software developer also explained the theory involved in a lecture. We will analyse so that anything new in it. Guest guest
Hi As per my knowledge Natal chart will it self will give all clues of life's timimg of the events. we/any one can check it through Natal chart and Prashna chart with good intension u will get the clear picture of the timing od the evdent both in the natal and horary chart. Hence there will be no nescessity of progression chart. I feel astrologically. I was told KP 6 readers are the guide to learn KPSystem, which I did.But your bringing up Sagar Publication of 1966 and your articles in the group, which we followed all these time, has landed us in the confusion Whther Sagar Publication is original or 6 readers are original. It is your prerogative to say what you feel is right. But it should not affect fledgling learners of KPSystem (!!!) Right?
