Pl. buy the excellent book,Nakshatra Chintamani,by Chandrakant R.Bhatt, available in 3 Parts...the difference between divorce and separation...etc have been brought out with a number of examples.... I don’t ask for rules for Divorce and separation..what I wanted to know is that after identification of a probable Divorce in a chart , how to find the root cause of it……. In Indian code , following are the causes for which one can apply for divorce : 1.No restitution of conjugal rights for 1 year after decree for restitution of conjugal rights. 2.Husband guilty of RAPE 3.Husband guilty of Sodomy 4.Husband guilty of bestiality 5.Nor heard for 7 years 6.Leprosy 7. Renunciation of worldly life 8.Veneral Disease 9.Unsound mind-incurable mental disorder which may result in abnormally aggressive or irresponsible behaviour 10. Desertion for 2 years 11.Convirsion to another religion 12.cruelity of the partner 13. Desertion and failure to maintain : Adultary of the partner 14.Lack of financial assistance Please tell me how to separate the exact cause of a divorce out of the above mentioned options. Please confirm me if all the rules for abovementioned 14 conditions are available in books by Mr.C.R Bhatt.. then definitely I’ll try to find a copy for myself. Guest guest Posted June 15, 2008 Report Share Posted June 15, 2008 Dear Suprakash, I am quite sure that if the s/l of VII signifies IV,VI,X & XII a divorce/separation with divorce etc., is to be analysed...Mr.Chandrakant Bhatt's book covers many of the reasons for seeking divorce you have asked about... I do not of any book where all the reasons for divorce you have listed are discussed, at length... In my own practise I first determine whether a divorce is indicated,if so, when... However whether a person is chaste or not and whether he is a debauch or a very promiscous lady etc...and then anlyse the Vth & VIIth cuspal connections to find out about chastity etc... In my own experience so far,and I have had only two so far...my lady client wanted to find out whether her husband will get cured or not...as if not,she will file for divorce...the query was will she succeed in getting divorce...the secong=d experiencce was very similar... In both cases I was able to find out the disease and whether a cure was possible or not etc... I used "Medical Astrology for All", by K.Subramaniam...and was able to find out the disease quite accurately...
