Here is the theory,why don't you try it out on about 25 cases and satisfy yourself.... "If the sub-lord of the sublord of the Vth cusp,is posited in a star whose lord is posited in a MALE (odd)sign - the birth of a male child is to be predicted,and if in a FEMALE (even)sign then birth of a Female Child is to be predicted... " This is advanced K.P.,and Mr.Gondhalekar has done a lot of research and published a book on this theory too,though it is in Marathi...an English version is expected soon... I have a chart for prediction, where I have confusion. Virgo Lagna. Lagna sub lord is Mercury + in Venus star posited in Cancer-Female. Sub lord of Sub lord Merc. is Kethu * in own star in Sagit. (male), lord Juptr.R in scorpio.(female). Kethu is aspected by Saturn R closely within orb from Libra. Kethu in sub of Venus, also in the star of Satn.R in odd sign.Kethu being a node (S/L of Vth S/L) signifies 1st by aspect Satn..who though in odd sign and a male planet, result is to be reverse i.e.female.If we take Kethu as agent of Juptr. Juptr.in even sign (female) but in 'R', result is to be reverse Male issue. Her husband's chart, however clearly points out to Male thro star lord of S/L of his XIth S/L by above method.
