Saturn in 10th surely create problem(rasi is also important)

I am not experienced but according to allan leo and krishnamurthy if saturn is situated in 10 house it means that after 35 or 38 the person will definately come down and i myself saw so many horoscope it happen there.but 1 thing is also there saturn in 10 house cant do if the rasi is of a saturn.so that i am agree this down is suppose to be there.Aashish Chaturvedi

Do you say when the person is 36 or 38, he will definitely fail in

life? Explain please.

 

Also what if the Sublord of the 10th is Saturn, where the other

planets are present in the house - Su, Ma, Me, Ve.

 

I have seen many cases and I dont think just a mere presence causes

trouble. There are so many planetary variations one should see.

 

I have not read anything on this in KP readers.

 

Seniors, please eloborate on this.
