Astrological charts can be prepared for any important moment,

event, or dicision in life, not just the moment of birth. They can

Reference is made to the topic about horary astrology.

The very basic venture of Kp itself is Vimshottari dasa system.The sub lord is none other than the bukthi lord ,according to vimshottari,either of that planet or the cuspal position.

For fixing timing of event you take the vim. dasa division to sookshama or prana level or follow by moving the RP on the basis of jup.,sun,moon or asc,since horay results are for shorter period.
