10 Lakhs- would they be received back ?

Dear all,

 

A person known to me has lost Rs.10Lakhs

as one of his younger brothers has encashed a cheque

in his absence without his knowledge.

He has given me a Horary No.10

and I have prepared the chart at 17.45.51 today at

Bombay dated 17/5/2008.

This no.comes from the person himself

and so the ascendant would be the 1st house

and no rotation required. Now he wants to

know whether his younger brother

would return the money he has burgled

or not ? He has not gone to the police,

and the younger brother has run away to village from

Bombay.

 

Can any senior explain me the results expected

( Whether money will be returned

and when ? ) through the Traditional or the

4step method ?

Please see the following analysis for your query.

 

Query?

 

Moon the mind occupies VIII. So one is very much worried. VIII also indicates the movable property attained by the culprit. Moon aspects II. So the worry is about movable property of self.

Value of property: -

Venus owns II. Venus is in the star of Sun. Sun although not in exaltation it is in own star. So Sun is strong. So the value of the property lost is quite high.

Person responsible for the loss: -

VII house is unoccupied. Venus owns VII. Venus also owns II.. It means the person is one of the family members or who lives at the status of a member. Venus occupies the Ascendant. So he had attained much confidence of the person who lost the property. Since it is reported that the culprit is one of the brothers, he could be the 3rd sibling following the native (I am not sure however).

Where about of the culprit: -

Moon lord of IV aspects Venus. So Venus signifies IV. It means the culprit stays at home or with mother if she is alive. The alternate interpretation could be that since Venus occupies a fixed sign, he stays at one place; and since IV is 3rd from the sign occupied by Venus, he may be staying at a nearby place.

Will the lost property be recovered?

Sub-lord of XI happens to be Kethu (ever retrograde). It occupies IV and represents Moon and Mercury. Moon occupies VIII. So there shall be quarreling, struggle and obstacles in recovery. Star lord Mercury occupies II and owns VI. So there is chance of recovery of the lost property. But since it is Mercury the return will be in installments.

 

When?

Now he is running Mahadasa of Mercury balance Y 15-8-13 days.

Mercury bhukti balance Y 1-3-10 days. Mercury is not retrograde nor it transits in star of retrograde planet. So according to KP the property will be recovered during Mercury’s period.

Mercury transits in the sub of retrograde Jupiter. KP does not mention about retrograde sub lord in VI Reader. So we may not bother about it.

I am not sure whether you have prepared the chart as per my given

time, place( Bombay) and Horary number(10) or not.

As per my software the Mahadasha is of Mars, Bhukti of Venus and

antra of ketu.

 

First matter i checked aswhether the desire of the querent looking

for recovery of the money,

would be realised or not. This was seen from the 11th subLord who

is ketu and signifies

the houses 2,3 and 6. This was enough for me to understand, that

the money

could be recovered. None of the required and important

houses are connected with Jupiter, and neither in the star of

Jupiter,

who is the only Retrograde planet currently. ( Of course Rahu and

ketu would

be considered as direct only, since they do not deter from their

original paths ever).

 

Now the confirmation of above also comes with the Ascendant Star

being Venus

and the SubLord again in Venus, where Venus is the owner of the 2nd

house or

Dhanabhava and also the natural karaka for Dhana.

 

Next is when would the money come back ?

 

I have told the querent to expect the money before 10th June 2008.

 

I may be wrong above, and look for suggestions from the seniors.

In the meanwhile, as and when i receive any news from this person, I

shall let you know.

Dear Bhaskarji,

I have considered given horary No. 10. I have not taken time of query.

Its nice that you agree that the money will be recovered. Since favorable dasa and bhukti is already running money will be recovered very soon. I have not attempted to calculate the date. Secondly since Mercury period is running and it is a planet of duality I opined that the money will be returned in parts, I did not go in to further details. You also agree that it will be recovered before June. Its good that both of us agree with each other to some extent.
