Ruling planets at birth: - 16:30 AM Ascendant : Mars-Sun-Mars Moon : Jupiter-Saturn-Mercury Day : Thursday- Jupiter Marriage : 10th Nov, 2005 9:35pm Period then running : Mercury-Saturn-Saturn-Venus-mercury If your TOB is 16:30 AM: - Mercury Dasa lord becomes owner of III and VI, and it occupies 27:37 degrees in Scorpio, in VIII house. On that day Mercury occupies own star. Thus it does not signify II or VII or XI. It is in the sub of Jupiter lord of IX and XII, Jupiter occupies Ascendant. So Mercury did have portfolio of marriage. If TOB is 16:35 AM: - VIII cusp shifts from 26:34:26 to 27:44:59 in Scorpio. And Mercury occupies 27:37:44 in Scorpio. So Mercury takes position in VII.
