Correct TOB comes 11:02:22 PM on 23 Aug 1972 at 13N39 and 79E45. This is if you wish to cross check prediction from Natal chart. Otherwise You can ignore Birth chart. The findings will be same by both methods Natal as well as horary? They can’t differ if we have correctly applied the rules. 2.By the way Which Software you are using? An off set of +22 seconds in Ayanamsa may be tried for 24 Hours accuracy, just for trial, if you want. 3.Native says he is not interested in certain dates, for journey before Nov 15.To my understanding, There is nothing like interested or not. Journey means journey to be made. Objective could be different. We need to keep this in mind that in KP there is no scope. If transit also passes in sub and constellation along with DBA of Significator Event is unavoidable. In his initial posting native stated “I am planning to go to Spain after July, 2008.”He was uncertain about visit would journey materialize or not.? . He sought members’ help to predict. It is said that XII indicates new places, secluded places. Hospitals and jails etc. IX indicates long journey and higher education etc. We cannot asses how far one has to make a journey. III indicates short journeys and communications etc. So according to my prediction you may have a journey, may be inside your state or out side for recreation of functions at the end of August.. So many things come in the prediction. So many a times it is difficult to confirm a prediction. KP has advised to take a horary number from the consultant along with the horoscope. He asked to examine both and find out if the horary supports the prediction given from the horoscope. If horary chart does not support then the things would not come through.
