pls clarify horary doubt -- sub is retrograde & in ketu's star

KP horary Qn: Will I get any job at all ?

 

Horary chart is cast for a given number and the 10th house sub lord is

saturn (which is currently retrograde) and it is in leo sign with Ketu.

 

Saturn is in the constallation for which lord is ketu. Ketu is always

retrograde, so answer should be YES with temporary delay due to

retrograde sub lord saturn. However, Latitude difference between ketu

and retrograde saturn in leo is 7deg 30 min.

 

Then, ketu will represent retrograde saturn, right ?

 

So, what is the answer to the qn ? YES or NO ?
