According to Shri JN Bhasin, connection of Sun and Moon with the 7th house tells the royal / rich connections of life partner. As per KP, 2nd to 7th i.e. 8th house represent family of the partner and this CSL of this house should be well placed for good background. This is just theoratical aspects and we should talk about the actual charts/ practical cases then only it will make any sense.
