Check the birthtime and birthplace you are using. Birthplace is Sambalpur, India (83e58, 21n27). Birthtime is about 9:15 pm. If birthtime is between 9:06 and 9:17 pm, then Me10 is in Ge. Please note that Me10 changes sign in rasi chart once in every 12 min on average. You are probably taking a wrong birthplace.
