Planetary Transits for February 5 – February 11

 

 

 

Note: Everyone should be careful and patient during this two-week period

between the eclipse of the Sun (Jan. 26) and the eclipse of the Moon (Feb.

9). Earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. are possible.

 

 

 

Sun transits Capricorn, from 22:34 to 29:40°. Sun is outside the orb of

influence of other planets, and is weak Feb. 7—16.

 

 

 

Moon transits Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and into Virgo.

 

 

 

The prenumbral lunar eclipse takes place during the full Moon, between 6:38

a.m. and 10:37 a.m. Central time on Feb. 9. Observers in western Canada and

the USA will have the best views. To catch the entire event, one must be in

Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, or East Asia.

 

 

 

Mars transits its exaltation sign, Capricorn, from 06:27 to 11:53°, and is

closely conjunct Rahu, Feb. 10—22.

 

 

 

Mercury transits out of Sagittarius and into Capricorn, Feb. 7. Mercury is

weak until Feb. 13. Be careful with your stocks, business and

communications.

 

 

 

Jupiter transits its debilitation sign, Capricorn, from 13:13 to 14:51°.

Jupiter is closely conjunct Rahu until March 5. This is not ideal for anyone

until Feb. 22. Do not take risks or chances. (Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo,

Capricorn, and Aquarius rising sign persons should be extra careful and

patient.)

 

 

 

Venus transits its exaltation sign, Pisces, from 07:43 to 12:54°, and

remains exalted until May 30, which is good for most rising signs. This is

also supports the fine, performing, and healing arts, along with women,

fashion, beauty, romance, luxuries, architecture, new cars, etc.

 

 

 

Saturn transits Leo, from 26:41 to 26:14°. Saturn is retrograde until May

16.

 

 

 

Rahu and Ketu transit Capricorn and Cancer, respectively, from 15:17 to

15:15°. Rahu and Ketu remain in the 15-degree range Dec. 23 -- Feb. 27.

(Whenever Rahu and Ketu are stationary for more than six weeks, there can be

serious problems worldwide.) Persons, companies, and countries with “even”

rising signs (Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces) and

planets in “even” signs around 14-16° should be careful and patient.

 

 

 

Transits for each “Rising sign” (not “Sun sign”):

 

 

 

Aries: Expect the unexpected with your father, guru or long distant

friendships, which are subject to setbacks, accidents, and transformations.

Focus on research, mystical knowledge, your children, education,

investments, beauty, luxuries, and the fine, performing, and healing arts.

 

 

 

Cancer: Expect the unexpected with your health, debts, and disputes, and do

your best to avoid fire, theft, conflict and accidents. Connect your status

and career with your spouse and partners. There should be good fortune with

your parents, property, vehicles, and home life through May.

 

 

 

Leo: Expect the unexpected with your children, education, and investments.

These, and your status, are connected with debts, disputes, and health

issues. Be patient to avoid problems through Feb. 16. There may be
