Guest guest
To All: After mulling over several of the stories in the Shrimad Bhagavatam, I've concluded that the 8th house is the house of Shiva. It is the house where Shiva and Parvati were locked in embrace while in discussion with brahmins. When a king by the name of Chitraketu saw this, while riding his airplane, the king made fun of the couple for their behaviour. Thus embarassed, Parvati cursed the king to be a demoniac in his next life. Similarly, any planets located here will have weaknesses that will affect the person's life. In this house Parvati only allows women to serve Shiva, her husband. Any man entering the house will turn into a women. Thus, as Swami Parsai observed, any female planets in this house will be affected negatively. If a man is the owner of the kundali, he will more likely be a homosexual or effeminate. If a woman owns the kundali, she will become a lesbian or manly in disposition. There are corrolaries to this proposal and these will be disclosed if there is interest in this discussion. Please, let us know what you think about this observation. Regards, John R.
