Now there are two oath ceremonies of Mr Obama which time is to be taken as the

oath taken was not correct .. It will be interesting to analyse  both or the

right one

well it doesn't matter how many times he took or takes oath. as per their

constitution by NOON of 20th the president is automatically changed these r

just formalities and technical formalities

 

well if u remember George Bush 2nd woen his presidency itself by such a

techinical glitch iof the un accounted vote of 500 that did not reach in

time to count had come or waited by the deadline to count Karry wud have

WON.

 

THE POINT IS IT WAS A FEATURE IN THEIRS TO ALLOW POSTAL BALLOTS FOR CITIZENS

ALSO TO CAST THEIR VOTE EARLY.
