Dear Respected members

 

Towards the beginning of 2008 - due to Guru Dhanu Transit - the

general feeling was many discrepancies and untruth that have crept

into various shastra shakhas in general and Jyotish in particular

will stand corrected.It is not a criticism against anyone as it is

human to err and in the process, we all gain knowledge.

 

The current debates and willingess to take a relook at the very

basics from different/opposite camps as compared to blind faith is

indeed a positive sign.However if we notice, we can still see that

there is haste and in the process, emergence of new theories,re-

entering vicious circles.I request instant supporters and fans to

tread with caution. It is fortunate that things are more democratic

and liberal as compared to dogmatic approaches. In the past when

concerns regarding plain basics were raised, they were vehemently

opposed and rejected.

 

Always the majority was either finding faults with the intellectual

capacities of others or their charts!. This can never be accepted as

healthy. This is not at all a sign of wisdom.
