This birthtime and birthplace are different. However, when I look at events in his life, this new chart does not make much sense to me. The old 9:08 am birthtime explains his known past decently. My suspicion is that this new birth certificate is a fake one, created solely for the purpose of challenging his candidacy. This birth certificate places his birth in Colon, which is outside the Panama Canal Zone, and hence the lawsuit argues that he is not a US citizen. With the original birthplace of Coco Solo, it is part of Panama Canal Zone. In a third world country, it is not too difficult to obtain a fake birth certificate. I will not consider such a third world country birth certificate being used in a lawsuit to question one's candidacy to be conclusive. In any case, my own astrological analysis suggests that this birthtime does not make much sense. * * * Though I verified/rectified McCain and Obama charts using many events and satisfied myself reasonably well before using them, I was less thorough with VP candidates - I accepted Palin and Biden charts without much verification. This raja yoga is in 8th and things are happening suddenly. Sun-Jupiter combination in D-10 is in the 5th house from arudha lagna and A5 (yasah pada) is with them! With Todd (husband) being a commoner I did not believe that Virgo lagna was the right lagna for Sarah. Now see the comparison to John McCain's Kumbha lagna chart (accepting the 6:25pm time). Sun (seventh lord) is vargottama. Cindy McCain has helped John McCain and she is the daughter of a US Senator and comes with lot of wealth.
