The birth details are: date October 5th 1995 time 12:20 am Place San Francisco What is the DST to be use? 7 hours or 8 hours? what time is to be use? 11:20 am with 7 hours DST or 12:20 am with 8 hours DST? At the time of birth DST was in use as it was the month of OCtober. I get 2 charts with different results, that I an indicating below Planets Sign in Chart 1 Sign in Chart 2 Ascendt Scorpio Saggitarius Jupiter in ascendt. 12th house in Scorpio Moon & Saturn 4th house in Auarius 3rd house in Aquarius Sun & Merc 11th house in Virgo 10th house in Virgo Mars & Venus & Rahu 12th house in Libra 11th house in Libra Which is the correct chart? You can observe that the planets are in the same signs except the sign moves back by one house in the 2nd chart. When done manually, with all the calculations, the 2nd chart was obtained. Why the discrepancy.. ? Going by the birth time the Sun should be in 1oth house. So would that be the right one? I hope someone will be able to guide me in this on this forum?
