Guest guest
Dear member(s), Going by your version of astrology { PVRN Rao's & Ashwinkumars}, Jupiter in Ketu is NOT an affliction. Well placed Jupiter is main reason for many fake spiritual matters coming and preaching nonsense in internet forums. For the same reason it is found in all chit fund cheaters. It is good to keep aside one's learning for a while and collect authentic horoscopes and do case studies, for it is much better way of authentic learning than working on theories after theories. Forces me to recall - Sunny Deols famous dialogue in a powerful Hindi film - Damini - in the court - Tariq after Tariq.... i.e. Dates after Dates ....for court's hearing... . a reality which happens in India even today. Jupiter in Ketu would give moksha, but after sever beatings .....i.e. after making the Jupiter faceless !! In internet forums, you often come up with theories after theories. Theory is great thing, and theory in classics, but application of that theory in real life is something different sometimes. Sri K.N.Rao doing great work on that field, how classical theoretical knowledge transferring in practice. Theory in classics in many cases is incomplete and we must to do efforts if we not have real Jyotish Guru, to realize some theory in practice. Experience say that Guru in dushtana bhavas it is not good for such things, but for some other thing is good. In most cases for material things, and sometimes spiritual, but nothing deep and seriously, with proper understanding. Guest guest
Dear Ajay Mehta ji, Yes, I am missing. The one more point that I want to make is Internet is good medium for armchair astrologers, to put new or twist theories. Bhaskar ji or Prashant ji both irrespective of their pass or fail predictions, but have been open to astro_scrutiny, which itself a great quality NOT seen in public forums. The internet is full of those free reading seekers, { genuine people /querists are rare now} who feel it is their birth right, to demand readings, while they enjoy or spend their monies running after material or wordly desires. Bhaskar & Prashant does NOT have to come here to gain their original aura, they can survive in any group they are into. Lions make their way or living, herds follow them. Dear ashwini, thumbrules are just thumbrules. You have to be careful in applying them. Ramana Maharshi had Jupiter in 6th house in Aq. His understanding of Veda was the most complete. He was one of the greatest masters of Vedic wisdom. Greatest scholars of Veda claimed to have received a lot of knowledge from him by just sitting with him while he spoke nothing. He was a great master who imparted the highest knowledge even in his silence. In contrast, we are all having so much trouble communicating simple things and using so many words! Thumbrules are interesting, but one should realize their fallibility. Dear Narasimha, you probably know that many charts is incorrect of famous people, material and spiritual people. So, I cant commenting such chart. But I know that six bhava is not favorable for Guru because it is not consisting suporting karakatvas for such thing. If bhava don't have supportive karakatvas for something, that Graha will be not able to materialize that something. This is basic of Jyotish: karakatvas of bhava and Grahas. So, if someone explain to me in Jyotish logic, which karakatvas of six bhava is suportive for realize of Atmavidya, not for Jyotish, etc, I will be very thankful to him.
