Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar, I am addressing this to you, as you mentioned about retrograde Jupiter in the 6th house. According to Parasara, retrograde sixth lord gives Raja yoga, more so when he aspects the lagna. Sri KN Rao extended this principle, by his vast experience, that a retrograde planet in the sixth house also gives Raja yoga. In your case, retrograde Ju in the 6th house, actually influences 8 houses in your horoscope. By its normal aspect, he influences 6th, 12th, 10th, and 2nd houses; with his retrograde aspect, he influences four more houses, 5th, 11th, 9th and lagna. THus in your case retro Jupiter lends his protective shield to two thirds of your houses. In addition, being the 8th lord for Leo lagna, his positoin in the 6th house gives Vipareetha raja yoga also. However, the effects of these raja yogas doesn't come to you automatically; lot of efforts and hardship is involved since the dusthaanas (6th and 8th) are invovled. That is also the meaning of Vipareetha Raja yoga. I wanted to stay away from the debate, as it had become personal; but I could not resist when I saw these two points from your notes; about the Saturn aspect on Sun and Retro Ju in 6th house. These are very standard and basic principles. Best regards, Satya Sai Kolachina
