The debilitation of the Moon, in any chart, causes weakness of the chest, lungs, and fluids in the body. It also undermines the strength of the support one receives from wife or mother. Other people may also have difficulty in appraoching the native emotionally. For the Pisces rising sign, it can delay or limit the number of children, and success with education and investments. Some good fortune is seen if the Moon is in good strength and is not afflicted. For example, there may be a connection with a female guru.
