April 30, 1970 Some place in Maharashtra 76E40 and 20N42 7:23am Taurus lagna, Dhanista Moon. Person is in USA - Engineer Would this person make money or lose money in stock market in 2007? Running a dasha of Saturn in 12th house. How would one interpret gains or losses from investments? What would you predict for this person for 2007? I am interested in interpretation with reasoning and want to learn from others. Please note: I am trying to learn from other people's interpretation. More interested in techniques, transits etc to make a call whether a person will make money in stocks, mutual funds etc. Little bit of a tricky area -if somebody buys a mutual fund, does the fate of returns (gains or losses) shift to mutual fund manager? What about individual picks (third house involved, where one has to put in the effort etc)? What about 12th house -where one has to do research? But he would have investments in Lomg term- Mutual Funds . The better part of Capital gains would accrue only if he sells these Units, after October 2008, and not before. It is the dasa of a yogakaraka involved in dhana yogas albeit in the 12th house. Saturn gets neecha bhange, etc. There may be gain from the land or materials taken from the earth. But in Dec 2007, he took a bet and made money (22% for 2007). All US stocks. Looking at his chart the gains are not visible. Look at his chart 1. 5th lord in 12th house with Sani and Sun. Of course 12th house has rajayogas (like many who are in USA from India). 2. 5th lord from Moon is Mercury again with Sani and Sun. 3. Sani gets neechabanga. 4. 5th lords's dispositor in D9 is Jup and is not well placed in Rasi chart (6th chart). Sani-Sani current dasa. Looking at all this would have told me that this guy will lose money in stocks/investments. But not so. There should be some connection to 3rd (self effort to pick stocks), 8th some research that uncovers a hidden stock (no idea) and of course the 5th ... There is something missing.
