Guest guest
Dear Members of the Jyotish Group, Recently Bhaskar posted the following regarding my weekly column: " Good observation, already observed by many here, in the past, which is why most bypass the message for the length and repetetion, and unconcrete unavailibility of remarkable insights for each Sign and transit, which renders the whole effort, a waste for the astrologer actually looking for pointers. But good for some newspaper insertion. " As many of you know, I have been posting my weekly column " Planetary Transits " for the past five years, and have been a member of this newsgroup since early in its inception. However, if other members also think my weekly column is a " waste of effort " , then please let me know and I will discontinue posting to this newsgroup. Thank you very much. Guest guest
David, I had a genuine observation and had asked you why had the same line for all lagnas (in your weekly report). I guess in reaction to that the member you are refering to passed this unwarranted comment. As you may know by now, people and their attitudes come in all shapes and sizes -best is to ignore these noise makers, who do not even sign their real names. Lot of these folks are here to create noise, establish a following, get some traffic to their personal emails so that they can charge money etc. among other things. What ever the motives - some people are eternal noise makers, gutter mouths. My fellow astrologers asked me to ignore these members. So I am doing so. Guest guest
Dear David, There is bound to be some commonal reading for all 12 signs when one is not looking at a specific chart. Case in point - the recent TRs (especially Ketu's exact trining with Jupiter) affected all Lagnas. Therefore, please continue providing this service. Thanks - Sateesh. ======== - David Hawthorne Wednesday, December 26, 2007 7:20 PM Bhaskar vs. Planetary Transits Dear Members of the Jyotish Group, Recently Bhaskar posted the following regarding my weekly column: " Good observation, already observed by many here, in the past, which is why most bypass the message for the length and repetetion, and unconcrete unavailibility of remarkable insights for each Sign and transit, which renders the whole effort, a waste for the astrologer actually looking for pointers. Guest guest
Dear David, One must mention the whole context to the reader before attempting to gain sympathy. The main issue is bypassed and not answered. Why has same advice been given for all the ascendants? I still mantain my views that it is a waste of efforts unless you make it short and specific. That was known as healthy criticism with a underlying affection for hard work and effort made by you, due to which the advice was given to you. Unfortunately it has been taken in another approach. But to each his own. Such subtle matters cannot be understood by morons like you. If I can get traffic to my email id and charge money, then why does it make you feel zealous and yellow ? You are now talking like a gutter mouth by using above language evidently. What do you mean by fellow astrologers ? Since when did you join the group of astrologers ? Are you trying to get some traffic from my side to yours by talking like this. You can come to my house and I will see that you get 2 times food without having to resort to such underhand tactics. Do not write your real name as it sounds like a ladys name. Now dont waste my time. Bhaskar. , " M. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar... Thank you for taking the time to try to clarify the situation. Just so you know, before your first email to me, I had already answered Mr. Sharma's email when he asked why the same advice was given for each rising sign. " Dear M. Sharma. Thank you for your email and good catch... Yes... I think this is a delicate week for all rising signs, as Sun, Mercury, and Jupiter are under the influence of Ketu and Mars. It is also the full Moon, which is under the influence of Mars, Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Rahu. So, I just advise my clients and friends to exercise a lot of care and patience this week. " That is why each rising sign had the same introductory sentence. By the way, I do try to keep my advice short and specific for each rising sign, and the feedback from several Jyotish groups and more than 1,000 individual rs has been favorable for the past five years. Unfortunately, your original email did not come across as " healthy criticism with an underlying affection " . It came across as an attack on my personal efforts, along with an insinuation that others, too, consider my column " a waste for the astrologer actually looking for pointers " . Certainly I am not looking to create or participate in negativity, so let me apologize if I took your email too personally. Best wishes to you and yours for a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.
