Michael jackson intetional homocide declared

To All,

As I wrote shortly after the death of Michael Jackson on June 25th 2009, today,

it was formally announced by the L.A. coroner's office that indeed Michael

Jackson died of intentional homicide. The drugs of major charge were/was are

" acute profonol intoxication with an additive of culprit being bensodiazapam.

Dr. Conrad Murray is being charged with the sole responsibility of recklessness

and neglect.

Interesting what the coroner found in a timeline involving five different drugs.

At 1:30am June 25th M.J. was given 10mg of Valium; at 3am a drug called Versed

(for relaxation and a preoperative muscle relaxation). At 5am a large dose of

Ativan; another additional drug for sleep and at 10:40am a 25mg dose of IV

profolol. Standard dosages for anesthesia are 5 to 10mg. Profolol is a drug

that does not induce relaxed sleep in reality. It is a drug used in the

operating room to put patients into a " medically induced coma " .

The following events were played out - as I expected when I wrote in June:

10:40am 25mg of profofol - It put him into a coma sleep

by 11:30M it was noticed by his doctor Conrad Murray, who was not attentive in

watching or controlling the amount of drug being dispersed, that M.J. was

unconscious and not able to revive. After inadequate efforts were made to bring

him around a phone call was made to his father in Las Vegas. At 12:12pm an

ambulance was called about a person that was unresponsive. The paramedics

arrive at 12:28pm and M.J was diagnosed as unresponsive and barely breathing.

He was considered at that time to be brain dead. An effort to revive him was

unsuccessful and he was transported to UCLA for final diagnoses and if any

revival. M.J. arrived at UCLA, DOA (dead on arrival) however, because he was

M.J. and recently deceased all efforts by the hospital were made to bring him

back. To no avail. He was pronounced dead at 2:15pm. My minutes might be off

here compared to my June post.l

Dr. Conrad Murray is being charged with homicide and court proceedings will go

forth. It is interesting in Dr. Murray's actions that after M.J. was removed

from the home; Dr. Murray made a valiant effort to sweep up all the drugs used

in the last twenty four hours and drive quite a distance before he dumped them

into a garbage can. Video cameras has this filmed by reporters and those

following all his steps.

My personal feeling on this matter that might play out on a delineation of M.J's

natal chart and on his death chart is the question to how much M.J. was

complicit in his own death because of drug abuse and desperation to relax and

sleep. There is supposedly a competent M.D. that could have said No. However, he

was hired at $150,000.00 dollars a month to make M.J. comfortable. His integrity

of medical license was compromised by a hefty salary and a corporate enterprise

that hired him to oversee M.J. comfort and health. Unfortunately, it has also

come to light that Dr. Murray has legal professional problems in Texas and Las

Vegas that does not help his reputation to be completely innocent in this event.

Is there a compriacy or are the actions of the doctor of grandiose neglect?

Unfortunately, I do not have Dr. Conrad Murray's birth data to confirm one way

or the other. However, we do have M.J.'s birth and death day.

I did write in June that he succumbed to death before the phone call to

Paramedics at 12:12pm and counted back at least an hour.

Knowing now he was given the 25mg of profolol at 10:40am and the coroner's

report saying it was the main culprit that put the lid on the end along with a

benzodiazapam (valium, atriax,etc) that added to the suppression of lungs to

breath, it is not a big jump to put the puzzle together.

M.J. since 1994 after the burn accident to his scalped lived a life of pain and

drug abuse to try and control. Tolerance is the enemy of relief and excess is

not uncommon in drug deaths.

Dear Uttara,

Michael Jackson's chart is quite timely as I've just uploaded an article

What's interesting in both these charts is the influence of Ketu

(significator of poison). MJ was running dasa of Ketu who, along with 3rd

lord Moon, was transiting lagnesh Venus (in 3rd) at the time of his

death. As we know 3rd shows " cause of death " .

BTW, lest there be any confusion regarding intoxication verses poisoning,

the medical definition of intoxication is;

" The pathological state produced by a drug, serum, alcohol, or any toxic

substance; poisoning. "
