Guest guest
Wendy ji, ///My own experience of Jupiter dasa (3rd/12th lord) confirmed absolutely that the effects of both lordships manifest...with moolatrikona taking precedence./// Based on my own experience, I agree. I have also heard that in a graha's period, in the first half, MT gives effect, and in the second half, the other house gives effect. I have not verified this--but quite some time ago, while running Kuja's PD (lord of 6, with MT in 11), I first got a new job (11th is 2nd house of gain from 10th of career) and also a nice hike (11th - gains). But later, I had some massive stomach problems becauser Kuja also rules the 6th. I don't know if this is the case for everybody--even in my own case, this is perhaps just one example. ~~~~~~~~~ Balaji Narasimhan Author & Editor http://www.balaji.ind.in/ ~~~~~~~~~
Guest guest
Balaji, similar to your experiences, I was running PD of Kuja in Dec-Jan09. My chart capricorn rising has kuja lord of 11th & 4th placed in 12th house. The first half of the PD brought me a new job offer ( around the middle of Dec) - which I joined in mid Jan. Towards the middle of the PD (end of Dec) I was fighting a major family feud, in which I was involved as a protagonist ( lord of 4th - kuja, leading to family feuds). You may want to have a closer look at my chart: Female, 29th oct 1982, Patna, 1304 hrs. Guest guest
Dear Balaji, Hope I don't botch this up as I'm in a hurry to get away from the computer and commenting off the top of my head at the moment... Regarding (my) Jupiter dasa; 3rd lord shows, amongst other things, initiation into spiritual practices, servants etc., whilst 12th shows foreign lands and so forth.. Jupiter certainly took me to a foreign land which was the dominant tone of that period. Whilst in that foreign land I received initiatory instruction and enjoyed wonderful servants. You might like to look at your chart in the same light i.e., the dominant house setting the tone and other things occurring within that. Sorry if I've not expressed this clearly...like I said I'm in a hurry to get off here. Guest guest
Dear Balaji and Wendy, Balaji, can you please share the dates if possible. That way I can also study it. Mars is 11th lord and 6th lord. Mars is in 7th house. For 6th house, Mars is 6th lord form 6th i.e. upchay lord so it will be eager to give good results of 6th house. For 11th house for gains, Mars is Karak as It is the lord of 6th house and its in 7th house i.e. dhan sthan for 6th so its good for 11th house as well. Mars has 3 bindus in 6th house and 1 bindu in 11th house and it is placed in 7th house with 6 bindus. Lagna is vargottam and so is Mars. Mars will be very eager to give you good authority and Job as its upchaya from 6th and in 10th house with 6 bindus which is again upchaya. This I am talking about is Timing of Events and related to the Antar Dasha of Mars only. In the antra of Sa and Mo, more chances of health issues and changes in job or accidents. Regarding Wendy's chart. Ju is in 7th house with 3 bindus and Mo is in 4th place from it with 7 bindus. Ju gets power from Mo. Ju has become very powerful for all 12 house due to Mo. Guru rules 12th and 3rd house and is getting power from 7th lord and itself is placed in 7th house. Guru antra will very rewarding for you in Ju MD and Ju antra. Wendy, if you can give the dates of some important events, it will be very good for my learning. Ju and Mo antra in Ju MD should have been very powerful period for you and Mars as well. Thanks Guys, Cheers !!!
