Request for serious outlook to this problem

Hai friends,

Please accept sincer regards as this is my maiden

communication with the group .

I am seriously worried for my upliftment in

the career as my career is totally stagnant for more than eighteen

years in a row and presently am working under my juniors .Please advise

if I have any status , ruling powers if any , govt favours , career

change if any or chances of court rulings in my favour if I contest

against it.
