Dear Vic,I too have Rahu in the 2nd house (true nodes). I am a vegetarian. But, there is no transformation in my case. We are traditionally a vegetarian family. My hypothesis is:

Rahu destroys traditions and looks forward to new ways of doing

things. Thus in the modern context Rahu in the 2nd House is highly

likely to produce Vegetarians.

Clearly this hypothesis now needs testing and amendments to narrow

it's scope. If we get enough charts submitted from you all, with Rahu

Dear VicMy brother had Rahu in his 2nd house and he used to eat non veg. He is no more and he pased away in Rahu dasa. Rahu in the second, in the charts i have seen, usually effects

negatively, childhood, speech and food.

The way it manifest will depend on other related houses. For example

 

affliction to the moon and the 4th house also - The mother of the

native committed suicide.

 

affliction to mercury in the 8th house and the ruler of the second in

a dustana - the native was sexually abuse at a young age.

 

affliction to mercury and the ruler of the second, the person had

harsh speech.

 

Rahu in the second also can produce doctors.
