Guest guest
Dear Group, I have been traveling and it has been EXTREMELY hectic. Thus no posts. But I do have a lot of hypothesis that I would like to put through investigation with the group both for the purpose of honing our research skills as well as for the purpose of actually investigating the specific hypotesii. Let me get back home and write it out carefully though. But for now... > 1. What happens when Rahu in present day transits over the Moon in > the Birth Chart > say if a Person is Libra rashi(Moon sign) and Rahu enters Libra... If rahu enter's Venus' male air sign, Libra you will see an unsteady magnification of the condition of the moon - whatever it is in the birthchart. It will be as though Rahu and Venus had a conjunction in the birthchart, but in their separate places in that chart. Also, the effects of the transit will occur only within the scope of the nature of the chart and the nature of the planets in the janma kundli. For example, if Rahu were transiting my moon (july 27, 1970, 19:38 bay shore, ny) I would have intellectual revolutions and tremendous intellectual and sensual appetites which would come on very strong and then leave. Also, it must be said that the effects are more pronounce the closer the transit conjunction is by degree. > 2. What happens when Rahu and Jupiter would be together.. Next year > we may have that scenario, when Jupiter and Rahu would both be in > Capricorn sometime in late 2008 and early 2009 Depends on the house placement - but personally I like Jupiter's effect on Rahu. I think it gives the ability to have revolutions of faith. But it will also create extreme and unsteady expansiveness. > 3. Does Rahu Destroy or Amplify the good effects of a particular > House? Both. It depends on how he is disposed. Is he in a mercury sign or in taurus... then he will be less destructive. Is his standing still or moving direct? in that case he will be more pronounced. Is he close to the cusp (the ascendant degree in that house), in that case again his effects are more powerful). My realizations at this point are that Ketu is a black hole and Rahu is the opposite side of that black hole, spewing outward. Ketu sucks everything inward and rahu blows everything outward. Guest guest
Sir, In the proposition given, natal positions from libra(moon sign) seems to have a mix with tranist/gochara.likely in capricorn with jupiter entry and then rahu already posited in capricorn.Being 3rd house from moon sign, the afflictions that arise in 3rd bahva could be understood " when rahu transits over libra in present day " may be this issue need to be sorted out for better understanding vrkrishnan --- On Sat, 8/30/08, Vic D <vicdicara wrote: Vic D <vicdicara Rahu Hypothesis jyotish-vidya Saturday, August 30, 2008, 1:45 PM Dear Group, I have been traveling and it has been EXTREMELY hectic.
