Guest guest
Hello Mandar, I don't have much experience but I was just looking at this moment the 9Th house when your mail arrived. hope your have some kind of books so you can look into and try to understand the info about your question. see my findings below Your 9Th house is ruled by Saturn, the 9Th house Karakas or house indicators are; Planets Jupiter, and the Sun, now, Mars been in the 9 Th House, is trowing malefic aspect to the 3rd house which is the house of desires, and siblings. Furthermore, if Saturn is placed in Aries, is in Neecha or Fallen at 20 degrees. About the Yoga, I can't provide any info, hope you can look at all the planets in your horoscope, and pay close attention to the Karakas. Guest guest
Dear Mandar, Welcome to Jyotish Vidya. I found your interesting question to show that you have astrological skill and capacity. > I have Mars in 9th House in Capricorn, Saturn in 12th House in > Aires. Can someone educate me about this aspect of the horoscope? So then, you are a Taurus ascendant. Therefore whatever interest we find in Mars and Saturn we must not forget that it must be understood within the context of Taurus and Venus and their situation in your horoscope. That said, let's look. Mars rules the 12th and 7th and lives in the 9th House. From the 9th Mars can look ( " Dhristi " or " aspect " - his 4th dhristi, specifically) at his 12th house and keep an eye on it, keep it in good order. Who does he see in his house? Saturn. He is happy about this, because he himself is living in Saturn's Capricorn. Thus the two, Mars and Saturn are in frequent contact - talking about their garage doors, windows, water heaters, sprinkler systems, television sets, etc. They know each other well and interact often. Saturn rules the 9th and 10th. From his place in the 12th he " looks " (by his 10th dhristi) at his own 9th House as well! So now consider... not only have Mars and Saturn swapped houses, they are ALSO in mutual aspect. The relationship between them is EXTREMELY strong. What else do you notice? Saturn is raj-yoga-karaka, and Mars also owns a kendra. Thus the two of them form Raja-Yoga and there is an arc of Raj-energy between the 9th and 12th Houses. Now you know this much. The next thing you do is draw some preliminary conclusions, 2 or 3 or maybe 4 of them. Then you explore each one to see if other factors in the chart support or deny it. Here are 2 or 3 conclusions I would investigate 1. Spirituality (12) and religion (9) should be highly strong factors in your life. 2. Expenses (12) should be blessed (9) - in other words you should be able to save money and get excellent prices on what you buy. Etc. Now don't forget that Saturn and Mars are not soft and gentle planets. They are hardball players. So watch out. There will be pitfalls even in this lovely arc of Raj-Yoga energy. For example: 1. If you are not spiritual (saturn) you will be stricken with grief 2. If you are afraid to bargain and contest (mars) with merchants you will not get the bargains you could karmically achieve. Etc. Guest guest
PS - Mandar, I neglected to mention something extremely important in my previous email on this topic, which Eligio's email brought to mind... two things actually.... 1) Mars exalts in Capricorn, but Saturn falls in Aries. Saturn's glance to Capricorn is good, and better is is his glance to Libra in the 6th house. So you need to factor in that one of the players (Saturn) in this Raj-Yoga / Mutual Aspect / House Exchange is in a fallen condition. 2) Degrees are very important for determining the power of an aspect, exaltation, and debilitation. Note how close - Mars is to 28º - it's highest exaltation. - Saturn is to 20º - it's deepest fall. - the distance between Saturn's degree and Mars' degree to understand the power of their mutual aspect - the distance of saturn and mars from the " core " of the 12th and 9th houses to understand the intensity of their effect on the house they occupy and aspect. (The " core " is the degree of the house itself - which is the same as the ascendant degree.)
