Dear Mr.Sharma, may I first start off byh saying that I think you are a

very generous person to spend your time reaching out to other people

and there problems. I have contacted you before and you recommended

some remedies for me to do how-ever they were a bit to complicated for

me to try being that I live in a shelter, is it possible there are any

simpler ones I may try?
