5th lord in D-10 Rafal Ji and Gaurav Ji

Dear Rafal Ji and Gaurav ji,

Long back, it was emanated from a discussion that 5th lord in D-10 and the

corresponding Jyotirlinga mantra is good for one's career. First of all, what is

the basis of this conclusion?

 

Secondly, there is confusion in my mind if the 5th lord in D-10 is turned out

to be a dire malefic in D-1. If the above rule is in practice, do you people

still advocate to chant the specific Jyotirlinga mantra.

 

for example, Mars is a malefic in my D-1 being the lord of 6th and 11th which

is exalted in 8th of Cp. Again Mars is the 5th lord in D-10. Now chanting Om

Namo Shivaya Namo Bhimshankaraya will bestow good or ....

 

I appreciate if you people could shed some light on this.

Dear Saumyaji,

I would appreciate if you kindly omit " ji " after my name as I am

half of your age. I have never said that praying to 5th lord from D-

10 lagna can be good for career, so I couldnot guide you in the

same. Rather, I would prefer the lord of 5th house from Janma lagna,

aspects to 5th house & lord & conjunction in 5th house/with 5th lord

etc for finding the Ista Devata than the traditional method(12th

lord frm Karakamsha), which has often led me astrayed.

For example my chart...I have Sun as 6th lord in own house. IN d-10

chart, he is my 5th lord in 7th house. Shall i pray to Sun??I can

pray to him during the Dasa-Antardasa to reduce the ill-effects.

Probably the so-called logic for advising this could be Ista-Devata

of Career????I dont know.
