Remedies - PleaseHELP

Dear Umesh Sharma,

 

I am at the particular cross-roads of my life, where basic

survival is becoming a problem.

 

Please can you find some remedies which will improve my condition.

 

I am in such debt that, the partner with whom I have gone with

doing business have not paid me for the past few months from the

business and I don't know whether he is syfing the money or is that

the business is not producing money. He is not relieving me from the

partnership ( I know that I should not have gone partnering now )

 

Two law-suits, $100,000 worth of debt. No way out, I want to give

away the Gas-station + 16 apartment property to somebody and get my

money such that I can get out of this bad deal with this vicious man.
