I agree. I was invited to join the group too and had a question

regarding my son but on viewing the messages was surprised with the

number of questions in there with no answers. It takes time and

patience for help and proper guidance and if we keep hitting the

send button with questions there will be so many questions lost.

Be patient as you have with your problem all this while. All of us

have problems which we see as " MOST URGENT AND IMPORTANT " and think

our problem is Numero Uno but it is not.
