Marana Karaka Sthana .....Help Required from Rafalji... regarding remedies....

I am reproducing a write on the subject of Marankaraka places. It may be of

some help to you;

 

The planets placed in the following houses (which are called their Marankarka

places), when such planets are simultaneously are either in debility,

enemy/inimical sign, being associated with or aspected by malefics or suffer

from any other indignity, BECOMES

Maaraka.

Sun in 12th

Moon in 8th

Mars in 7th

Mercury ALONE in7th

Jupiter in 3rd

Venus in 6th

Saturn in Lagna

The rules are well known that as to which sub periods are harmful in a maraka

major dasa period. I recommend you make thorough study of Laghu-parasari.

Maarka Dasa confers death like conditions, which may mean:

 

Shame 2. Disease 3.Sorrow 4.Fear and GRIEF 5. Miseries 6.Humiliation

7.Culumny, and finally in worst condition even 8. Death

As such proper assessment of planet’s malefic potential is to be ascertained.

I have been searching the internet for articles and views on Marana Karaka

Sthana (MKS) and its remedies. However I have been unsuccessful. I would be

grateful if you could write an article on " MKS and its Remedies " and post it on

your website with example charts. This would enable me and all other students of

Also, could you help me with an analysis on MKS which I have done on the

following chart the birth details of which are as follows:-

 

Time of Birth: - 1207 hrs afternoon

Place of birth: - 77-13 E, 28-40 N

Date of birth:-12 January 1999

 

If an analysis of the chart is done from the Arudha Lagna then the rules say

that, it is good if one has malefics in the third/ sixth houses from Arudha

Lagna. It means that if natural malefics are placed here then they should be

strong/ if natural benefics are placed here then they should be weak to give

good results. The chart in question has Shani is in the third house and Rahu in

the sixth house from Arudha Lagna. However Shani is in Marana Karaka Sthana i.e.

in Mesha rasi in the Lagna in the D-1 Chart. As per Prasna Marga, Shani should

be strong in a chart so that its inauspicious karaktwa is felt less by the

native. Considering the above, should Shani be strengthened or propitiated? I

have read in one of the mails that the MKS of Shani should be remedied by

wearing the ruby. Now there are conflicting views in my mind. Should I advise

wearing the blue sapphire or the ruby. I have tried to search material for

Marana Karaka Sthana (MKS) but could not find any which can

help me.

 

I would be grateful if you could offer your views on the above and help me

understand the MKS better.
