tit is a broad one and many rules r there

 

u need to look into factors like choice=ree will=purva punya, intelligence,

creative abilities

and the partner houses, lords its aspects,

of course dasa, rules r apleanty and exceptions too. not possible to summerise

here but the gist of what needs to be is there
