Market Strategy Till Budget _ Weekly Indices 16-12-05 To 23-12-05 16-12-05 23-12-05 + - _________________________________ Sensex 9284.46 9256.91 - 27.55 Nifty 2810.15 2804.85 - 05.30 _________________________________ We have witnessed flat or little lower weekly close this week. After weekly close on 28-10-2005till week ended 16-12-2005, Sensex and Nifty had

given positive closing. It moved up from 7685.64 to 9284.46 on weekly closing while Nifty went up from 2316.05 on 28/10/2005 To 2810.15 on weekly closing by end of 16-12-2005Cureent week has shown some concern . Sensex drifted 27.55 points this week. It is not the matter of just 27.55 points of Nifty falling down by just 5.3 points.It is matter of Breaking channel based on RSI 14 days. Let me tell you that still Trend is intact still we expect correction if Sensex fail to close above 9447 it can test 8787 in comming days. Next support is at 8582. Sensex may complete both the targets before budget. Take care. Hi,My strategy for short term is in single word- EXIT................ I had posted here to exit all positions and next day market started crashing. It drifted from top of 8821.84 to 7685.64 We normally do not give targets untill it do not eradicate Short term trend. It is wise to smell the trend before it reflect on chart. Cash or say liquidity driven markets are always predicted on One point note , that is FII movements. I agan feel that correction may not last long But I expect this volatility and range bound activity with over all down trend till budget. If a single point param being FII activities are to be taken care, They are net buyers in Equity during December to the tune of 8474.10 Crores and Net seller to the tune of 745.30 Crores in Debt market during December. Figures for 23 December are yet to be announced officially. Detail study of FII activity shows that they have largly suffeled their portfolio. Buying in equity to the tune of 8474 crores is second Monthly
