Confusion about Saturn, Venus and Mercury being good

Hi There,

 

I need an advice on the below chart.

 

House 1 - Mars

House 3 - Saturn, Ketu

House 5 - Sun

House 6 - Mercury

House 7 - Venus

House 9 - Rahu

House 10 - Jupiter

House 11 - Moon

 

Born in Kumbh Rashi and Tula ascendent.

 

Here the Sun is expecting the 3rd house where Saturn and Ketu are

present. As per my reading of Lal kitab this depletes the Ketu and

Ketu inturn nullifies the good results of Saturn, Venus and Mercury.

Have I read it correctly?

 

Should the person wear stones for Saturn and Venus (Being in good

rashi's and rulers of Rashi and ascendent?
