Hi Nilesh and RP,

Nilesh, I'm not sure how to upload info. I think Wendy has to change your

status for that, but I might be wrong. I will check with her too and check

into this.

RP, many of the KP books give the tables. The one I use often for this is

" Medical Astrology For All, " by KP Krishman, but the tables are listed in

other books as well. Also, I know a KP list that has it in their files and

you can copy it from there as well. Hanskpvedic is a list Inder Jit started

and it has become pretty quiet, similarly to ours recently, but the tables

are there.

All best wishes,

Patrice

PS: The tables are listed numerically from 1 to 249. This begins at Aries

or Mesha 0 - 30 degrees, and numbers 1 - 22, and ending at Pisces or Meena

then at 330 - 360 degrees, and numbers 229 - 249, but it's simple to see

what the degrees are within the 30 degrees of each rasi. Knowing these

additional numbers which are given in the charts can also be useful and

helpful in research and are sometimes used for asking a question or doing a

numbered horary chart.

Kindest regards,

Patrice

Dear RP,

The information I sent yesterday is for the full complete tables for star

lord, sub lord, and even sub sub lords.

If you're interest is in seeing this on a specific chart, most the software

I've seen gives this information regarding the chart.

For instance in PL, it's under 'Reports' ~ 'Calculations' ~ 'Krishnamurti

Paddhati - Chart' ~ as this information is always used in KP for studying

charts. Having said that however, it can also be useful information in

classic Jyotish (what is traditionally used in Jyotish) as well, and not

just necessarily used for those who study KP.

This is the reason you will find the tables at KP lists as well.

Best wishes,

Patrice

Dear RP,

I have JHora but have never put it on my newer computer so haven't used it

for quite a long time. I'm sure though that Narasimha Rao would have

included this in his software and I seem to remember checking this feature

out and aligning the different sub sub lords to be sure the software was

giving the same info/subs and sub subs as PL.

You can contact Narasimha Rao, or go to their website for further questions

on this. Sorry I don't have my copy on here and can't give you instructions

on how to find it. It will be included on any charts or places in his

software that give KP chart info.

These subdivisions are as per the Vimshottari dasha divisions. This is

useful to see where native's vimshottari Moon has traveled and its current

location, or to check where it was in native's chart at an important event

or time. Also for checking when current transits may fall or give aspect to

the place in the zodiac where the Moon currently is. (We can use it based

from the other planets, Sun, Lagna, etc.. as well.)

Separately I have found these divisions extremely helpful when viewing the

charts of twins.

Other members have this software and may be able to help you. I think Uttara

uses it as well. Uttara, if you see this, perhaps you can lead RP to where

this is in the software ;-)

Best wishes,

Patrice

Dear RP,

When you open a chart in JHora, you see a few tabs on the righthand bottom

side window. One of the tabs is labled 'KP'. Click on this tab and you will see

the list of lords/sub lords and cusps.

Regards,

Krishna
