Guest guest
Dear Members Interested in this Topic: Shiva - Vishnu - Brahma are a mutually dependent trinity. In this sense none is superior or inferior to another. Brahma creates, and thus embodies Raja-Guna. Vishnu maintains the creation and thus embodies Sattva-Guna. Shiva destroyes the creation and thus embodies Tamo-Guna. All three are energies of the Supreme Fountainhead, and are thus categorically superior to any other Jiva. The fountainhead from which the Three manifest is vishnu/sada-shiva " hari-hara " . Thus Vishnu and Sada-Shiva are in that sense superior to Brahma. Beyond hari/hara sadashiv/vishu there are the forms of Godhead which never touch the material creation process: the eternal Narayanas. Of all Narayanas, the lovable form of Krishna as described in the 10th Skanda of Bhagavat Puran is the original Narayana, the source of all others who are facets of his personality. " Ete camsakala-pumsa. Krishnas tu bhagavan SVAYAM " This relates to Astrology in that we must clearly understand the Vedic context in which Jyotishi resides. Beyond that, there is no intrinsic relation. Thank you respectfully, Vic DiCara http://www.vedicastrologer.net
Guest guest
Edit: Technically, between the sada-shiva / kshirodaksayi vishu is the karanodakshayi vishnu who resides on the ocean of causality outside all the manifest universes but within the portion of existence clouded and set aside for material creation. karanodakshayi vishnu is an amsha of Narayan, from there continue in my original email. > Vic D <vicdicara > June 24, 2008 9:33:10 AM PDT > jyotish-vidya > Shiva Vishnu Brahma > > Dear Members Interested in this Topic: > > Shiva - Vishnu - Brahma are a mutually dependent trinity.
