Raj Yoga's in the Navamsha

Not sure if the attached picture will come through to the mailing

list, but it's a navamsha kundli.

 

OK, in it i see moon (ruler of ninth house) sitting in Saturn's

Aquarius Fourth House and Aspecting Saturn, which Saturn is returning

the aspect to the moon. So I think this is a moderate Raj Yoga, since

Saturn rules a Kendra and Moon rules a Kona and they have a co-

aspecting relationship and maybe a partial-reception relationship (?)

 

So (1) am i right, is this a moderate raj yoga? and (2) what is the

significance of a raj yoga in the Navamsha?
