Guest guest
To All, I would like to summarize what I have learned from our discussion thus far on reading Horoscopes to Children. 1. A horoscope of a newborn read to his or her parents should be performed with utmost tact. It goes without saying that tact always need be present in any jyotish reading - but in this situation it's importance is infinitely magnified - due to the extreme receptivity of the listeners. 2. Traditionally this is done in conjunction with the earliest auspicious samskars (significant rituals), such as the naming ceremony. 3. Of main concern in reading a child's horoscope is to warn of any extreme imminent danger to the child's life. Only a very basic level of detail should be read from the chart at this first reading. The rest of the details should be read at subsequent readings, connected with other significant samskaras. Thank you, Vic
