combinations for poor education

Dear All

 

I was reading some where some some combinations for poor education some of the

them were deblitated Jupiter, Sun and Mercury. I have two charts in one their is

deblitated sun and jupiter and has has very poor education. In other one there

is deblitated Mercury where education is not so good in the early years but

later ok in the second chart this mercury is exalted.

 

my questions are how authentic is this information. If it is correct and

Jupiter being a slow moving planet will it mean when jupiter is in Capricorn for

the almost whole year poel born will have poor education!

 

Are there any exceptions.
