Conditions for sanyasa

moolatrikona. I'm sure most are aware of the dreadful (worldwide) scandal

surrounding Rajneesh that, in fact, led him to change his name to Osho. It

can certainly be said that he attained both fame and infamy during his life.

 

At the height of his fame (as a religious leader) I read several of his

books and listened to many of his taped lectures. The depth of his

spiritually always impressed me and I found him absolutely inspiring.

Dear Mrs. Wendy,

 

Thanks for your input on the chart of Osho. At one point of time in

my life, I did read his lectures so curiously.

 

I am posting details of a living Sanyasi, who is having his 5th lord

in the 8th. He is a well known Head of a religious Matt, has

worldwide followers. I don't wish to go into the details of his

fall, it is known to everybody.

My purpose of posting the data is that it is not only the combination

of 4 or more plaents in a single house leads a person to become a

monk or ascetic. There are certain other combinations to be looked

into and how an astrological combination repeats the same event in

different lives, unmistakably.

 

(I do not wish to analyze the chart, since my analysis of this chart,

elsewhere in some other List, resulted in loss of friendship between

me and two brilliant astrologers. Later on I come to know that I

caused pain to my teacher also, who guided me for 8 years in

astrological research. His greatness is that he has never shown it

to me till date that I hurt his sentiments by my questions on some of

the actions of this Sanyasi when his fall took place.)

 

Such is the sentiment attached in India, on sanyasis. Indians are

ready to get deceived hundred times by a fake sanyasi but do not

ready to offend a real sanyasi even once. But the destiny is so

powerful that even the greatest of sanysais have to liquidate their

own karmas and to face humiliation at times, either in the life time

or even after shedding their mortal coils.

 

5th lord in the 8th gives number of indications in a chart and one of

them is that, " the disciple is one of the reasons for his or her

fall " or " the humiliation to be faced by them is because of a

disciple or the acts of a disciple " . (5th is the house of disciple

and 8th is the house of intrigues and scandals). One more

indication in such a situation is " secret planning " . Mostly it

happens in number of cases. (5th is the house of planning and 8th is

the house of secrets).

 

One can see the same combination, the 5th lord in the 8th house, in

the chart of Shri Parmahamsa Yogananda also. We know his disciples,

in USA, fighting bitter battles in the court of law regarding land

and property belong to SRF after he left his mortal coil.

 

The following data is meant for a member who asked me, four or more

planets in a Kendra for his research. I am posting it here for the

benefit of those who are interested in such data.
