Yes, the birth chart will give the results as per astrology.

 

And , no, we cannot choose the time of birth even in a ceasarian

birth. It will happen as ordained and let no one believe that the

time of birth happened when he/ she wanted.

 

I say this from personal experience. If birth happens at a time that

one wanted, remember that too happens if the Lord wants . And many a

times it is better that way.
