delay in marriage of my sister please help me learn

dear sirs

 

my sister is a very bright girl education wise and nature wise , but

her marriage is not happening somehow, we are extremely worried for

her, on seeing her chart (though i know very little of astrology) i

find that from from moon lagna and in navmansh seventh house is very

good indeed but in the main chart saturn is aspecting venus which is

debilitated and some other negative things are also reflected. but

jupiter is aspecting it.

 

1) my query is how important is moon chart and navmansh for

marriage of female

 

2) one astrologer told that jupiter in 7th house is not good as

jupiter is benefic if it aspects some house and doesnt give good

result when it occupies some house.

 

3) what are the chances of her being married and overall marital

happiness.
