Cancer Ascendant -- Frequent Bad Marriages?

It seems that whenever I read modern Jyotish books, there is always a

reference to Cancer Ascendant natives having bad marriages or unhappy

marriages. I understand that this is probably due to Capricorn being

the 7th house (Saturn being ruler), but is this enough to cause

widespread marriage problems to these natives? It seems a cruel twist

of fate on Cancer natives, who tend to value family life and home so much.
